Graduation of the fifth batch of PNP VLS. Moving testimonies of change of heart by some graduates. A salute to the one who made a tacit challenge to his superiors to include chiefs of police in the next training group. Truth to tell, this is a continuing challenge. Subic VLS trains officers who are then sent back to the different regions. Still the process needs to be accelerated.
