Dilaab has developed the “Mabolo seminar/workshop” - after the St Joseph parish in Mabolo, Cebu – that was the first parish to invite parishioners to undergo a circle of discernment for elections. This workshop has now been tested in another parish in Cebu and with a CiDE group for Lipa and Novaliches.
